Alex was not included because we have yet to fight him. He is not a game's main antagonist.

Saturos was great, but I voted for Karst. She was a great villain with a great motive.

Saturos was definitely the main antagonist throughout the whole campaign.

My vote goes to Saturos. I just think that he was the most well-developed character. Menardi, in terms of development, was sub-par.

Saturos definitely had the motive, although it was not an evil one. He just was too obsessed, and didn't let anyone in his way. He even went as far as kidnapping a little girl (Sheba). That's terrible. His people weren't evil at all.
Perhaps if he had talked about this to Vale in the first place, that whole mess could have been avoided. But then there wouldn't have been a game. lol.

I always liked Saturos and Menardi because of their good intentions, but malicious fervor when it came to carrying out their duty. It's like they were thinking "the ends justify the means" the entire time. They were best as villain characters because of that, imo.

Let's not forget - TLA revealed that they HAD tried diplomacy before being forced to take the more brutal route when Vale's leaders wouldn't listen.  It's a nice "Take that!" at the more idealistic "you could have just explained!" approach.  They did - and then were told to GTFO for their troubles.  Stealing the stars was literally their only option left.

IIRC, either Alex or Kraden said that.  I can't remember exactly where, though - and it was a very quick line, so it was easy to miss.  Or was it one of the Proxians..?

It'd be more likely for a Proxian to say it. I don't remember Kraden or Alex saying it.

What did all of us think of Blados and Chalis? I really thought they were dumb, to put it kindly.

They're on my scrappy list, simply because they were inepts.  The game lied about them being adepts - they never once cast a spell on me.  Made their fight boring as hell.
