You sound like me.  But I'm literally Bipolar. Apathy is one of my many phases in a day. Definitely the one that comes around the most, though.    I'm told the right medication can help but... ugh.

Perhaps you are disatisfied with your life and should try personal meditation to find what willmake you happier?

I'm very skeptical of the whole meditation thing. I've even tried it before. It calmed me down a little but nothing a face full of delicious food couldn't handle. Just sayin'

I stress eat a lot ._.

Or just accept it and try to ignore it as best as you can. That's what I do with my various problems.

It works. You can apply it to physical pain too, and push away the very concept.
