We just make sure everyone (Including ourselves) abides by the rules and restrictions Sparkx set up for the Clan Wars. And judging from what I've seen Soltur would be good for the job if he's willing.

I know I have done things wrong in the past, but I will try to no...NOT do anything against the rules. I might ask to become a judge, but since I am an agent that may disqualify me since I already have moderator powers, but If not then I would love to. Although Soltur did ask first so I also think it would be better to choose him.
