Kill la Kill, decided to check it out since I kept getting emails about it.....

Dat fan service mate...still a way better story than HSOTD. (regretted ever liking it, or watching it)

I am hoping to find something to peak my interest though.

Sorry for double-posting.

Just finished Kill La Kill, I ended up actually loving the series. I was quite sad when it ended, not for the events the series, but for the fact that the series itself ended. Kind of wished a Season 2, they could always do some more overthetop-anime-stuff but related to Space, and explore other planets with the Life Fibers, but my ideas are not always the best, so ignore that last part completely.

Watched on Netflix, I plan to buy the DVD and some figurines to support it, I rarely do this with any Anime or Manga, with my last time (and only other time) being Death Note.

Higurashi is sorta dark, it has the characters (well one dood and like 5 girls) murder some dudes or another after going batshit crazy. After each 3-4 episode arc, the story seems to reset with something different each time. Can't go too much into it cuz spoilers, but the first season is the question arcs, and the second season is the answer arcs. The next 3 are extras. It's pretty old, so the animation quality isn't that great, but people pretty much watch it for its good plot.

Attack on Titan is pretty gruesome with the titans eating stuff for no apparent reason, and there's plenty of action. If you haven't watched it, it's a pretty hyped anime.

If you liked Kill la Kill, you should watch Gurren Lagann if you haven't already. It's made by the dudes that left and made Trigger, the studio for KlK. It's not as bloody or "dark" as Kill la Kill, but it's just a fun nonsensical ride and if you like Kill la Kill's nonsense, Gurren Lagann should be a pretty good show for you. Also Yoko

I've been watching stuff with my little sister lately, but she doesn't seem to like shows I have an interest in on the grounds of "too boring".

So for now Ouran Highschool Host Club. It's ok, just seems like a reverse regular harem. Not impressed, but looks like I'm stuck on this ride since she picked it out and likes it.  :32:
