Bills aren't bad, like $2000 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, massive kitchen, basement, living room with chimney, place

We share the load on the bill since we both have different interests and hobbies and we would like to be able to buy what we need for our desires

Legally, he is the owner, but he has written a document stating that I responsible on his absence
