I can't stand that screamo stuff or whatever you call it.
You know where the singer has a really high singing voice and tries to growl like hes a scary guy or something. With all them dudes doing air guitar while holding an actual guitar. I guess I just don't get it. It makes me feel angry like I imagine it's supposed to, but just angry at the fact that it's on.

Screamo bothers me, and metal growls are irritating and sound legitimately painful for your voice.

Arch Enemy, Abnormality, Astarte are three that come to mind. But I'm no fan of any of them o_O I don't really like growling or any of that either, BUT I do like it when it's used in a creative way, such as in Theatre of Tragedy's albums from the 90's.

Sonic Chronicles not only has pretty bad music, but pretty bad sound effects as well. I have to play the game on mute. There's also no voice acting, even though there was on the GBA Sonic Battle... Oh well. It wasn't made by Sonic Team, so that's probably why.

Of all the horrors they promised would come from high school (none of which happened btw. I saw scarier crap in middle school), months of horrible singing was not one of them.  Months -MONTHS!- of everyone breaking out into song.   Yes! Let it go, let it go, indeed!!!!

I think emo/screamo gets a lot more hate than it really deserves. There are much worse genres out there. Still, I can only handle screaming in small doses...

I dunno if any of yo guys have heard of Simple Plan, but good lord. It's like the definition of wangst(whining+angst). If you want to understand my point, I recommend "Untitled" or "Welcome to My Life." If you want to hear decent music, I recommend nothing from them.

Oh my god, "Welcome to my Life" is one of the most annoying and pathetic songs ever. They actually played that song over the loudspeaker at my workplace every day for the past year. WTF. That can't be good for business... Just sayin'

I'll definitely agree to that.    Too whiny.  I mostly dislike female singers.  It's not their voices that matter, it's their subject matter.  "Oh will he ever love me?"  " I can't believe it didn't work out."  "Oh my life is only complete with him."  Yuck.

When it comes to female mainstream singers, yeah, I totally get that. The 90's had several exceptions though.
Country-pop singer Kellie Pickler is one of the worst I've heard. Usually pop music like that just annoys me, but her song, "Best Days of Your Life" is one of the few to actually piss me off.

Aside from that, I actually tend to like women's voices more (real singing though, just sayin'). A lot of my favorite singers are female.

I'll agree with that; I like their voices, but loves songs usually drive me up the wall.  I do have a list of female singers I enjoy, but some are considered a little weird.

True.  Music should be fueled by emotion, and love is a powerful emotion.  But love also makes me feel the urge to puke.   At least that sugary crap does.
