I tend to detest alot of LP's, but I suppose constructive criticism is better than nagging if my time at the SomethingAwful forums has taught me anything.

First off Volume isn't really an issue, the levels are actually fine in alot of places. I would recommend recording someplace with a little less echo if possible however, as the quality can be what puts alot of people off.

Second thing is to clean up the screen a bit. Remove the % throttle counter down the bottom and if you have the time, try spicing the video up a bit by placing some images on the sides of the screen so it isn't being squished in by black bars with the 4:3 resolution. It adds a nice visual flair to the video and shows a level of professionalism that can draw more people in.

The third is probably the most important thing and I see this happen way to often with LP'ers. Do not repeat dialogue that's on screen. You should never actually say what the characters are saying, rather make commentary over them. This way the viewers not only have the game to watch, but also funny/informative/etc dialogue from the Player to keep them entertained. Use long dialogue scenes to inform the viewer about the event that's taking place on screen. It could be anything from rumors you heard about it, to stuff like development stories from the Devs/Publishers who made the game.

Other than that it's fine, actually. Certainly better than a lot of the run-of-the-mill LP's you see on Youtube now. However there's a lack of any high quality GS LPs at the moment, and it would be nice to change that.

On a side note, VBA file sizes are nothing compared to 4 hours of Fraps recording on Guild Wars 2 at 60Fps at full 1920x1080.

See, this is very nice, all the advice. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about the echo, really. That's more the crappy microphone, anyway, though being where two walls connect certainly doesn't help, now does it? XD

Secondly, the editing is... yeah. XD (Has no editing software, and I'm not even even sure if I have Movie Maker on here, let alone how well it'd work. OTL)

Oh, I used Fraps to record this, but still, 4 hours? O.o Srs Bsns. but yeah, my VBA was recorded in full screen as well. It only seems to like full screen.

Well, the reason for those thar problems is the fact that my mic/webcam is located behind my computer, because it won't stay on top. Also, you guys are pretty much getting a live recording, since I have no useful, if any, editing software right now. D':

Well, good news. Starting from episode 19 on, MUCH less echo. (Then again, that's when I have a friend pop in for possibly the rest of GS. I'll do TLA by myself. XD
